CBT helps you notice the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that keep difficulty in place — and gently practise new ones. Structured, collaborative, and grounded in what actually works.
I'm Queen Rosa Osarumwense — a verified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working with adults, young people and couples in Glasgow and online. Together we'll make sense of what's getting in the way, and find a way through.

Queen Rosa Osarumwense
CBT Therapist & Counsellor · Glasgow
I'm an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and counsellor working with adults and young people on anxiety and depression, relationship problems, bereavement and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, addictions and anger.
I offer a genuine, empathic space in a confidential environment — no judgement — where you can talk and explore the challenges that are affecting your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
It can feel overwhelming to start talking about what's going on. I'll walk you through the process, and together we'll set up a treatment plan to help you gradually challenge your triggers and ease your symptoms.
"My aim is for clients to become their own therapists."
A few of the areas I work with most often. If something you're going through isn't listed, please still reach out.

I came in feeling completely stuck. Rosa gave me space to actually think, and tools I still use every day. I finally feel like myself again.
Warm, patient and never once judgemental. I could say things out loud I'd never told anyone — it genuinely changed how I cope.
Practical and kind in equal measure. Our sessions helped us understand each other instead of just arguing. Worth every minute.
The first step is often the hardest. Send a message, give me a call, or book a free 15-minute intro — whichever feels easiest.
